Refunds

We offer refunds only if the product you receive is damaged or defective. If you encounter such an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a refund, kindly provide us with your order details and clear photos of the damaged product. Once your claim is approved, we will process your refund, which will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Size Exchanges

If the product you ordered doesn’t fit your size, we’re happy to offer a size exchange. To request a size change, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Simply contact us with your order details, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
